If you have a website emergency, please contact BloomCU Support right away:
- Go to the "Submit a request" page.
- In the "Subject selection" drop-down, choose the "emergency" option and answer any additional questions that may show up on the form.
- If your issue qualifies as an emergency, then we will give you a support number to call.
- Call the phone number right away and report the emergency.
- Keep an eye out for a call or written response from us.
