Our security plugin (iThemes Security) has a built in option for 2 Factor Authentication.
You can enable it by logging into you WordPress backend and selecting Security -> Settings on the left:
In the plugin, you can select the Login Security tab (should be displayed by default) and enable the Two-Factor option for 2 factor authentication.
